Gotta love riding the trains in #nyc! Shout out to these guys for doing their thing on a moving train.
I try to get as much protein as possible in the morning for breakfast and one of my favorite (and easiest) ways to do this is by making an omelet filled with other protein packs foods - and scramble it!
Aside from being protein packed, it’s just super simple to make and takes less than 10 minutes.
